WARRANTY POLICY
The original purpose of the establishment of moyosportsdealers and authorized service stations is to comprehensively solve the after-sales service problems of moyosportselectric bicycles in the local area within the scope of authority granted by moyosports. Increase customer satisfaction by continuously improving the service level for customers before, during and after sales.
Warranty and Replacement Policy
To apply for after-sales service, users need to provide the following vouchers
- Valid purchase invoice or voucher
- Product warranty card or certificate of conformity. (The saving prompt of this part is mentioned in the unpacking video) The above two maintenance certificates are indispensable, and the sold ebike will not be guaranteed once transferred or modified.

After-sales service rules
- Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the package, the ebike has no use trace and does not affect the return of the second sales support. Overdue or the use trace detected by the Onesport Service Department affects the return of the second sales support.
- For the return of ebike, the dealer shall pay: logistics fee for the return of goods (actual reimbursement), inspection fee of 20 euros, packaging fee (including packaging materials) of 12 euros, online operation fee of 4 euros. If it is local store sales, no operation fee will be charged. In case of any damage caused by the parcel returned by the dealer, all losses shall be covered by the dealer.
- If the dealer does not use the “return reservation” of Onesport, the dealer shall bear the return express fee and warehouse operation fee of 8 euros (self-delivery express has the risk of being rejected by the warehouse).
- Before returning ebike, the dealer shall provide pictures (six sides of pictures) in according to the requirements of Onesport for evaluating whether it meets the return standard, and the results shall be subject to the notice of Onesport.
- Notice for return: please keep the original packaging, do not damage the ebike and its outer packaging, it should not affect the second sales. Complete accessories without peculiar smell (including ebike, power cord, charger, pedal, manual, warranty card, etc.) The box must be sealed and didn’t open.
Return of products with quality problems
- Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package, if there is a quality problem that affects the riding function and the package cannot be used normally after the replacement of accessories, the ebike can be returned or replaced. Refund is not supported if the quality problem described by the dealer is not true after the time limit or verified by the service department of Onesport.
- If the dealer does not use the “Return Reservation” of Onesport to return the ebike, the dealer shall bear the express fee and the warehouse operation fee of 8 euros (there is a risk of being rejected by the warehouse).
- If the product is returned due to quality problems, it is defaulted that the consumer will return the parts from the original collection point, and Onesport will bear the logistics costs.

Return instructions
- Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Ireland, Italy and the United Kingdom can only use the door-to-door pickup way for returning in some regions, and the dealer shall bear the door-to-door pickup service fee. The specific fee is determined by the express used in the location.
- In case of DPD delivery, Romania and Bulgaria need to add extra logistics fee: 35 Euros when placing an order, and there is no return service.

- For the method of door-to-door pickup and return, the dealer is requested to provide the accurate delivery door-to-door pickup date and address two working days in advance. Please prepare the goods and accessories to be returned in advance (note: regardless of whether the pickup is successful or not, the logistics provider will charge according to the number of door-to-door visits)
- Please inform Onesport one working day in advance of the way of return from the repair service station, and provide accurate return information, including: name, address, contact number and email.
- The dealer should provide accurate delivery address information. If the package delivery fails and is returned to the warehouse due to the dealer’s wrong delivery information, the courier can’t contact the dealer, the delivery place has access control and other abnormal conditions, the dealer should bear the operation cost of returning to the warehouse, and the charging standard should be reimbursed.

Precautions for returning package
- The dealer should clean the product in advance, especially the frame, handle, front and rear wheels, rear cover and other positions. After cleaning, please take clear photos and send back (if the product is not cleaned, it will affect the refund amount).
- Please return all accessories, including charger (with packaging box), vehicle kit (with tools) and instructions, etc.
- Please print out the return slip and paste it on the outer box (the return slip must cover the original delivery express slip), and arrange to take photos of six sides of the package appearance to prevent the express from being returned to the shipper halfway due to the abnormal scanning of the express.
- For the returning from the delivery center, the dealer must send the returned ebike and provide the delivery certificate within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the return order. Onesport has the exclusive right to refuse the dealer’s refund request for overdue return.
- For the return of ebike by door-to-door pickup method, the dealer must make an appointment to deliver the package to the courier and provide the delivery voucher within 3 working days from the date of confirming that it meets the return requirements.
